Job summary

HORIBA Instruments is seeking a Life Sciences Sales Specialist to maintain a US territory, sell HORIBA portfolio tools, and drive adoption of the Life Sciences portfolio in R&D, QA/QC, and manufacturing. The role reports to the Life Sciences business unit and collaborates with cross-divisional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or pharma with 5 years of technical sales.
• Experience selling spectroscopy or chromatography (Raman, fluorescence, absorbance, FTIR, LC) preferred.
• Strong presentation and consultation skills for technical demos.

Responsibilities

• Promote HORIBA products and expand in biopharma markets.
• Deliver product demonstrations with application team support.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Manage opportunities and customer data in CRM.
• Travel up to 50% to meet customers.
