This 100% remote, independent-contractor role relies on thoughtful questioning and strong follow-up to close cases.

You will present multiple carrier options, leverage CRM and web-based quoting tools, and manage several open files through underwriting.

Qualifications

• Experience selling by phone or in inside sales environments.
• Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics.
• Has or plans to obtain a state life insurance license before selling.
• Proficient with CRM systems and web-based life insurance quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact with people who requested coverage and schedule longer conversations.
• Open with questions rather than pitches so families talk more.
• Present options by phone or video and complete applications in the same appointment.
• Manage multiple open cases and move them through underwriting.
• Log calls and follow-up tasks in the CRM in real time.
• Participate in team call reviews to improve approach.
