You will manage your own pipeline, conduct discovery conversations, quote via carrier tools, and shepherd cases through underwriting with support from Ben and Andrea.

You will use a CRM, learn state rules, and access 43 carriers to tailor coverage for clients while building your independent agency.

Qualifikationen

• Track record of selling where results depend on your own work.
• Ability to manage yourself without daily direction.
• Strong follow-up habits; cases move with attention.
• State life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before first sale.
• Familiarity with web-based quoting platforms and a CRM.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Conduct discovery conversations before presenting, then match options to learnings.
• Quote through carrier tools and submit applications during client appointments.
