Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking driven, self-managing individuals for a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You will manage your own client pipeline, set flexible calls from anywhere, and guide families through options and underwriting. Possess or pursue a state license and thrive on commission-based earnings.

You’ll be supported by exclusive leads, carrier options, and mentorship from Ben and Andrea, with weekly team calls and ongoing compliance training.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to run a personal business.
• License to sell life insurance or plan to obtain one promptly.
• Comfort with web-based tools and a CRM.
• Experience in solo work and meeting targets independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of clients who requested information.
• Schedule calls by phone or video and conduct discovery.
• Present options and assist with applications.
• Own the case through underwriting and keep clients informed.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Participate in ongoing training and compliance.
