The Wood Agency Life is seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed life insurance sales professionals for a 100% remote, independent-contractor role. You will meet by phone or video with families who requested information, explain options clearly, and guide them through the application and underwriting process.

This position offers scheduling freedom, ongoing training, access to multiple carriers, mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and a CRM to track notes.

Formación

• Experience teaching, coaching, or working in a school setting.
• Ability to explain complex life-insurance options in plain language.
• Comfort with building schedules independently and managing time.
• Commitment to obtain/state licensing before first sale where required.

Responsabilidades

• Meet by phone or video with people who asked about life insurance.
• Listen to families' situation, goals, and worries.
• Explain coverage options in plain language and complete applications together.
• Follow each application through underwriting and keep families informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM.
• Continue learning as products and rules change; training provided.
