The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-motivated life insurance professionals to join as independent contractors. You will manage your own pipeline, schedule calls, present options, and guide clients through underwriting and application processes.

This is a 100% remote, 1099 role with mentorship from Ben and Andrea, exclusive carrier access, and weekly team discussions to refine scripts and compliance. If you’re self-driven and licensed, you can thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself.
• Comfortable being accountable for your own results and your own time.
• CRM proficiency and web-based tool literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Explain options and guide clients through underwriting and applications.
• Own each case through underwriting and keep the client updated.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Engage in ongoing training and compliance.
