Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-motivated life insurance professionals for a 100% remote, independent-contractor role. Manage your own pipeline, set appointments, and guide families through coverage options to underwriting approval.

You'll receive exclusive lead systems, access to multiple carriers, direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea, and a weekly team call with scripts and reviews. License required or planned.

Qualifications

• Must have a state life insurance license or plan to obtain one.
• Experience running a business, freelancing, or self-employment.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and deliver results.
• Comfort with CRM and web-based tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States (18+).

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information.
• Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video.
• Ask discovery questions first, then walk through suitable options and apply together.
• Own each case through underwriting, keeping the client in the loop.
• Track your activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Invest time in ongoing training and compliance.
