Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking an Inside Sales contractor for remote work in the United States. You will schedule appointments, present life insurance options from multiple carriers, and close on the call, with earnings based on commissions. No base salary; success depends on your production and adherence to licensing requirements.

You'll work with exclusive leads, stay current on state insurance rules, and log every interaction in the CRM. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Inside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Able to manage a pipeline and follow up without prompting.
• Ability to explain a product to someone who has never bought before.
• A state life insurance license or plan to sit for the exam before first sale.
• Remote-ready setup: computer, phone, reliable internet.
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Present options across multiple carriers.
• Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
