The Wood Agency Life is seeking an Inside Sales contractor to build and manage a sales pipeline from home. You will schedule calls, present options from multiple carriers, and complete applications on the call, guiding cases to policy issue.

You’ll use a CRM to log conversations and stay on top of state insurance rules while mentoring with Ben Wood and the team. A life license or plan to obtain one is required. Remote work is fully supported.

Qualifikationen

• Inside sales experience with ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable explaining a product to someone who has never bought before.
• Willing to obtain or hold a state life insurance license before first sale.

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers.
• Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
