The Wood Agency Life is seeking an inside sales professional for a fully remote, independent-contractor role in life insurance. You will manage a sales pipeline, schedule calls, and guide clients through discovery to policy issue with coverage options from several carriers.

Ideal candidates have inside sales or business development experience in insurance, can explain complex products, and hold a state life insurance license or plan to sit for the exam before your first sale.

Qualifications

• Inside sales or business development experience in insurance.
• Able to explain products clearly to clients who haven’t bought before.
• Proficient with a computer, phone, and reliable internet for remote work.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers.
• Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue.
• Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
