Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking an Inside Sales contractor to drive the insurance sales pipeline entirely remotely. You will schedule and conduct calls, present carrier options, and complete applications in real time.

You’ll log every step in the CRM and manage client communication through policy issue. Ideal candidates have inside sales or BD experience, can explain products clearly, and hold a state life insurance license or plan to sit the exam before first sale.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience with a focus on building a pipeline.
• Ability to explain insurance options clearly over phone or video.
• Comfort with remote work and independent contractor setup.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video.
• Open with discovery, present options across carriers.
• Complete the application on the call and carry the case to policy issue.
• Log conversations and next steps in the CRM as they happen.
• Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application.
• Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules.
