Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for remote, flexible roles in the United States. You will work directly with prospective clients, identify needs, present financial protection solutions, and guide clients through the sales process.

As a 1099 contractor, your earnings are performance-based with no base salary cap, and you will have access to qualified leads, extensive training, and marketing support to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven sales experience and ability to develop client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills required.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
