Job summary
The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a flexible, remote role focused on life insurance and financial services. You will work with prospective clients, analyze needs, and present protection solutions, handling the process from consultation to application.
This 1099 independent contractor opportunity offers performance-based earnings with no base salary, access to qualified leads, and ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and results-focused
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activity
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
- Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
- Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions
- Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production
- Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals
- Assist clients through the application process
- Provide guidance and support to newer sales professionals
- Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships
