The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a flexible remote role. You will engage with prospective clients, conduct needs analyses, and present life insurance and financial protection solutions through a network of carriers.

This 1099 independent contractor position emphasizes performance-based earnings with no base salary. Leads and training are provided to help you grow your client base and achieve high production levels.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and results-focused
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions
