The Weiner Group is seeking experienced sales professionals for a remote Business Development Manager role. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with 100% performance-based compensation and no base salary.

You will work with prospective clients, present financial protection solutions, help guide clients through the sales process, and develop strategies to increase production while leveraging provided leads and training.

Formación

• Previous sales or business development experience in life insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Licensure: Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production
• Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals
• Assist clients through the application process
• Provide guidance and support to newer sales professionals
• Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements
