Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Customer Care Associate to provide frontline support for life insurance policyholders, agents, and other customers. The role requires remote work from the continental United States, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 am–7:00 pm Central schedule and occasional Saturdays.

Pay is $19.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and potential overtime based on client needs. Candidates should have at least 1 year of remote customer service experience, office multitasking ability with MS

Qualifications

• 1 year remote customer service experience.
• 1 year experience multitasking online with MS Windows applications.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line phone customer care to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
• Handle calls regarding payments, policy information, or claims for life insurance products.
• Strive to meet CSAT and service metrics while delivering accurate information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, services, and processes.
• Typical day involves handling 75–100 calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers to resolve questions and issues.
• Collaborate with management and team members to address service concerns.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accountability for work output.
• Work from a designated quiet area to complete calls from home.
