Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking individuals for a remote call center role in the United States. You will provide front-line phone support to policyholders and internal customers, handle inquiries about payments and policy information, and work from a designated quiet area at home.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 6 months of office and Windows PC experience. New hires will complete Call Center training, pass a drug screen and a background check with education and employment

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience in an office environment.
• 6 Months experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications.
• 6 Months of Work from home environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
• Handle calls related to payments, policy information, or claims.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, services and processes.
• Meet service standards and strive for customer satisfaction.
• Field 75 to 100 calls daily and communicate professionally with customers.
