Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Customer Care Associate to provide frontline support to life insurance policyholders, agents and internal customers from a remote setting. You will handle policy questions, payments, updates, and inquiries while meeting CSAT and SLA targets.

The role requires at least 1 year in remote call-center customer service, familiarity with insurance products, and a high school diploma or GED. Work Mon-Fri 7:00am-7:00pm CT, with potential weekend shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in remote customer service (Call Center)
• 1 year experience with call center KPI understanding
• 1 year experience in an office setting multitasking online with Windows apps
• Minimum High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line phone customer care to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
• Resolve inquiries and assist with payments, policy information, or claims while maintaining CSAT and service metrics.
• Process policy updates, beneficiary changes, premium adjustments, withdrawals, and other service requests.
