Compensation is 100% performance-based with no base salary or earnings cap. Potential earnings for experienced agents range from $150,000 to $200,000, based on production. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
• Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production
• Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals
