The Wood Agency Life is seeking independent contractors for a 100% remote life insurance sales role. This 1099 position targets families who have already requested information, with a focus on careful money discussions and compliant processing.

You will contact leads, review finances, explain carrier options, and complete the application with families. Earnings are commission-based, with mentorship from Ben and Andrea and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Background in banking, lending, or credit union member service.
• State life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before first sale.
• Self-directed, planning your own day and your own follow-up.
• Able to talk about family finances respectfully and without pressure.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable with forms, disclosures, and precise recordkeeping.
• Log activity in the CRM and keep up with compliance training.

Responsabilités

• Contact people who have already requested life insurance information and book appointments.
• Review each household's finances and obligations before discussing any coverage.
• Explain how options differ across carriers, then complete the application together.
• Handle applications and disclosures accurately, because details matter to underwriting.
• Track every open case through the carrier's review and keep clients informed.
• Log activity in the CRM and keep up with compliance training.
