You will reach out to leads, book appointments, review finances, explain carrier options, complete applications accurately, and track each case through underwriting while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Background in banking, lending, or credit union member service.
• Comfortable with forms, disclosures, and precise recordkeeping.
• Able to discuss family finances respectfully and without pressure.
• State life insurance license or plan to get licensed before first sale.

Responsibilities

• Contact people who requested life insurance information and book appointments.
• Review each household's finances and obligations before discussing coverage.
• Explain options across carriers, then complete the application together.
