The Wood Agency Life is seeking a self-directed life insurance salesperson to join as a remote, independent-contractor. You will contact leads who requested information, assess family finances, explain carrier options, and guide clients through the application while ensuring accurate disclosures and CRM updates.

This role emphasizes licensing readiness, compliance, and the ability to work autonomously across time zones in a 100% remote setup with uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• A background in banking, lending, or credit union member service.
• Comfortable with forms, disclosures, and precise recordkeeping.
• Able to talk about family finances respectfully and without pressure.
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale.
• Self-directed, planning your own day and your own follow-up.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Contact people who have already requested life insurance information and book appointments.
• Review each household's finances and obligations before discussing any coverage.
• Explain how options differ across carriers, then complete the application together.
• Handle applications and disclosures accurately, because details matter to underwriting.
• Track every open case through the carrier's review and keep clients informed.
• Log activity in the CRM and keep up with compliance training.
