This 100% remote, 1099 role involves contacting families who requested information, reviewing finances, explaining policy options, and guiding clients through applications while maintaining accurate disclosures.

You’ll work with exclusive leads, access 43 carriers, and receive mentorship from leadership. This position emphasizes compliant, self-directed scheduling and client-focused conversations.

Formación

• Background in banking, lending, or credit union member service is a plus.
• Able to handle forms, disclosures, and precise recordkeeping.
• Comfortable discussing family finances respectfully and without pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Contact people who requested information and book appointments.
• Review finances and obligations before discussing coverage.
• Explain carrier option differences and complete applications together.
• Handle applications and disclosures accurately for underwriting.
• Track open cases through carrier reviews and keep clients informed.
• Log activity in CRM and keep up with compliance training.
