Qualifications

• A background in banking, lending, or credit union member service.
• Self-directed, planning your own day and follow-up with clients.
• Comfortable with forms, disclosures, and precise recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Contact people who requested information and book appointments.
• Review households' finances before discussing coverage.
• Explain options across carriers and complete applications with the client.
• Handle applications and disclosures accurately for underwriting.
• Track open cases through carrier review and keep clients informed.
• Log activity in CRM and maintain compliance training.
