The Wood Agency Life is seeking a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance salesperson to help families make informed financial decisions. You will contact leads, review finances, compare carrier options, and guide clients through the application process with accuracy and care.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage disclosures, track cases through underwriting, and keep CRM records up to date while benefiting from mentorship and broad carrier access.

Qualifications

• State life insurance license or plan to obtain before first sale.
• Self-directed, able to plan your day and follow up.
• Comfortable discussing family finances and disclosures.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Contact people who requested life insurance information and book appointments.
• Review each household's finances and obligations before discussing coverage.
• Explain how options differ across carriers, then complete the application together.
• Handle applications and disclosures accurately for underwriting.
• Track open cases through carrier review and keep clients informed.
• Log activity in the CRM and stay current with compliance training.
