We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Provider Licensing Specialist to join our healthcare administration team. In this role, you will support the provider enrollment process by preparing and submitting provider applications to state licensing boards. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit provider applications to state licensing boards.
• Verify provider credentials and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state licensing requirements.
• Communicate with providers, state departments, and internal teams to resolve licensing issues or obtain missing information.
• Maintain and update provider records in enrollment databases and systems (e.g., CAQH, PECOS, NPPES).
• Track the status of licensing applications and follow up as needed.
• Assist with re-credentialing processes and periodic audits of provider files.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer-specific regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding provider licensing status in a professional and timely manner.
