Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to oversee licensing and health plan credentialing for our Clinical Delivery Services & Management team. You will partner with clinicians to enable efficient licensure, credentialing, and regulatory compliance while supporting business growth.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in healthcare licensing, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of healthcare licensing and credentialing experience (telemedicine or health-tech background preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience engaging providers at all levels including CMOs, MDs, and Care Managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Salesforce, and credentialing databases.
  • Remote-work eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee licensing process and health plan credentialing to support the clinical care team.
  • Navigate state and federal licensing, CME requirements, and renewals across US jurisdictions.
  • Maintain centralized tracking across Salesforce and other platforms; ensure zero gaps in licensure and timely renewals.
  • Develop collaboration with legal, compliance, and external agencies; resolve regulatory inquiries.
  • Generate reports on renewal timelines, credentialing activities, and operational initiatives.
