Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of high-volume administrative compliance or licensing experience.
• Experience in field technician routing, banking infrastructure, or commercial construction is preferred.
• Familiarity with state-by-state corporate regulations, tax permits, and secretary of state registrations across regions.
• Proficient with digital tracking databases and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Able to communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance Tracking: Oversee and maintain all state-level corporate security licenses, electrical contractor credentials, and municipality permits required for field service deployments.
• Technician & Fleet Permitting: Coordinate background checks, fingerprint filings, and state gaming or security card allocations for a nationwide network of Cennox Field Technicians.
• Application & Renewal Management: Prepare, review, and file licensing packets, tracking state deadlines to prevent operational blackouts.
• Database & SLA Adherence: Track project licensing progress in internal databases (e.g., Oracle Fusion) to ensure legal approvals align with client SLAs.
• Cross Department Collaboration: Serve as the central legal compliance contact for project management, counsel, and third-party auditors.
