Qualifications

• 5+ years of licensing, appointments, and carrier contracting in insurance.
• Knowledge of state insurance licensing requirements and regulations.
• Ability to research and interpret state-specific licensing and appointment requirements.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end licensing and contracting for professionals across carriers.
• Review submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Coordinate with carriers, regulators, and internal teams.
• Utilize RegEd and other platforms to process requests and maintain records.
• Maintain and monitor license renewals and appointment statuses.
• Prepare reports and provide proactive customer service.
