Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group invites applications for a Licensed Therapist in the Virtual Care Clinic. This remote, work-from-home role provides psychosocial assessments and various therapies, with treatment plans developed with patient/family involvement.

Qualifications include a Master’s in social work or counselling and licensure as LCSW or LPCC; dual IN/KY licensure is preferred but not required. Baptist Health supports ethical conduct and confidentiality in clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counselling and licensure as LCSW or LPCC.
• Dual IN and KY licensure preferred but not required.
• Supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.
• Knowledge of cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts and clinical mental health practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and assist in interpretation of performance improvement data.
• If qualified, provide clinical supervision; participate in consultation; maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct.
