Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is hiring a Licensed Therapist for the Virtual Care Clinic, a work-from-home role delivering clinical psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies in accordance with established standards. You will develop treatment plans with patient/family input and adjust as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).
• Dual licensure for IN and KY preferred but not required.
• Must have supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling services.
• Knowledge of cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts and their application in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess plans as needed.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpret performance improvement data.
• May provide clinical supervision if qualified and participate in consultations and uphold confidentiality and ethical conduct.
