Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Licensed Therapist for a remote position in its Virtual Care Clinic. This work-from-home role provides psychosocial assessment and various therapies, with treatment planning developed with patient/family participation.

Must hold a master’s degree and active licensure as LCSW or LPCC. Dual IN/KY licensure preferred. Supervision training and knowledge of CBT concepts are required, with equal employment opportunity observed by Baptist Health.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).
• Dual licensure for IN and KY preferred but not required.
• Must have supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.
• Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
• Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet established standards of care and practice.
• Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassesses treatment plans appropriately.
• If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in interpreting performance improvement data.
• If qualified, may provide clinical supervision.
• Expected to participate in consultation, set professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct.
