Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Licensed Therapist for its Virtual Care Clinic. This is a remote, work-from-home role delivering psychosocial assessments and a range of therapies to patients, with treatment plans developed with patient and family input.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in social work or counselling and be licensed as LCSW or LPCC; IN/KY licensure is preferred. The position supports supervision, consultation, and adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling with licensure as LCSW or LPCC.
• Dual IN and KY licensure preferred but not required.
• Supervision training to provide clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling.
• Knowledge of cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Strong grounding in clinical mental health practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family participation.
• May conduct initial patient assessment if assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpret improvement data.
• May provide clinical supervision and participate in consultations, ethics, and confidentiality.
