Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is hiring a Licensed Therapist (LPCC or LCSW) for the Virtual Care Clinic in a remote, work-from-home role. The therapist provides psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies in line with clinical standards.

The position involves developing treatment plans with patient/family input, participating in performance improvement, and potential supervision duties. Indiana licensure required; KY licensure a plus.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as LCSW or LPCC.
• Dual IN and KY licensure is preferred but not required.
• Supervision training to provide clinical supervision in this program.
• Knowledge of current approaches to counseling and CBT concepts.
• Strong understanding of psychosocial assessment and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family participation.
• Conduct initial assessments when assigned to outpatient behavioral health.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and data interpretation.
• May provide clinical supervision and engage in professional consultations and ethics.
