Baptist Health Medical Group is hiring a Licensed Therapist for the Virtual Care Clinic. This is a work-from-home position providing psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet established standards of care.

Develops treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassesses as needed. Eligible candidates hold a Master's in social work or counselling with LCSW or LPCC licensure.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling is required
• Licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC) is required or preferred
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling and CBT concepts; ability to apply in practice
• Experience with psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision where qualified

Responsabilités

• Provide psychosocial assessment and conduct individual, family, and group therapies
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family involvement
• If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health, perform initial patient assessments as needed
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpret related data
• Provide clinical supervision if qualified
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct while delivering services
