Requirements include a Master's in social work or counselling and LCSW/LPCC licensure; dual KY/IN licensure preferred but not required. Supervision training, confidentiality, and ethical practice are essential.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling with licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).
• Dual licensure for IN and KY preferred but not required.
• Supervision training to provide clinical supervision in that program.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies in accordance with standards of care.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family participation.
• May provide initial patient assessment in outpatient behavioral health.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpret related data.
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical conduct; may provide clinical supervision if qualified.
