Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a fully virtual, multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based care for eating disorders. You will provide family, individual, and group therapy, using FBT and CBT-E, with a caseload of 30-40 and emphasis on quality documentation and ongoing assessment.

The role requires an active, unrestricted psychotherapy license in New Jersey, the ability to work a flexible schedule including two evenings per week, and collaboration with physicians,

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted psychotherapy license in New Jersey.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients across ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and virtual treatment.
• Willingness to work two evenings per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy (family, individual, group) for eating disorders.
• Utilize FBT, CBT-E, ARFID CBT and related modalities.
• Maintain caseload of 30-40 with 20-26 hours direct care.
• Participate in trainings, supervision, and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Collaborate with care team and document in EMR per policy.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain additional licensure when requested.
