Therapeutic Horizon Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW) for a fully remote, full-time role in California. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California required.
• Knowledge of mental health conditions and evidence-based therapies.
• Culturally responsive in therapeutic practices.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy in diverse populations.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and related technology.
• Commitment to ethics, boundaries, and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cultural assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions for each patient.
• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff.
• Provide crisis intervention services when needed.
• Educate patients and families about mental health options and resources.
• Maintain confidential documentation per ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
