Personal Insights Behavioral Clinic is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC) for a fully remote, full-time position in the United States. You will assess clients, provide CBT/DBT, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

You will work with adults, adolescents, and families, offering compassionate, evidence-based treatment while upholding HIPAA standards and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active state license as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT is required.
• Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based therapies and document care per HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver CBT/DBT and related therapies to diverse clients.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation with professionalism.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to improve outcomes.
