Job summary

South Hills Counseling Services is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD) to join our inclusive telehealth team. This full-time remote role serves clients from diverse backgrounds across the United States, with a compensation range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in SW/MC/PC/PSY.
• Current independent licensure in CA (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with virtual engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and tailor personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth using CBT, Solution-Focused, and other modalities.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Maintain confidential client records in line with legal and ethical standards.
