Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active state license as LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Experience delivering culturally responsive interventions.
• Strong crisis management and intervention skills.
• Professionalism with confidentiality and boundaries.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally attuned mental health assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, culturally informed treatment plans.
