Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field and licensure in AZ is required.
• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy with cultural sensitivity.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in documenting client interactions and care plans in EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop bespoke treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions in one-on-one, family, and group settings (CBT, mindfulness).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention services to ensure safety and well-being.
• Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and resources.
• Maintain confidential documentation and ensure records are up-to-date.
• Participate in professional development, case conferences, and team meetings.
• Engage in cultural competency training to serve diverse populations.
