Silver Lining Therapies is seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist to join our compassionate team in delivering culturally sensitive mental health services remotely. You will assess client needs, provide individual, family, and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation while supporting diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field from an accredited program.
• Current CA license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and culturally competent care.
• Experience delivering individual, group, and family therapy.
• Crisis intervention expertise for acute situations.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with diverse clients.
• Proficient with EHR systems and standard office software.
• Uphold ethics, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
• Collaborative team player in multidisciplinary settings.

Responsabilités
