Genesis Grace Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team within a multicultural community health clinic. You will assess diverse clients, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapies.

We value culturally sensitive care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and psychologists, to improve access and outcomes for immigrant and minority communities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and cultural sensitivity in practice.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy with diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization during emergencies.
• Educate clients and families about mental health options and treatment choices.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation per legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing cultural competency training.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health therapy.
