Job summary

Serene Unity Behavioral Health Center seeks a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver culturally competent care. This remote role serves diverse clients in Tucson, AZ, focusing on evidence-based therapy and ethical practice.

You will perform assessments, provide individual and group therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain EHR documentation, and engage in ongoing cultural competency training. A state license (LMFT/LPC/LCSW) is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in the relevant field.
• Current, active state license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies.
• Proven ability to deliver culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and tailor treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and ensure patient safety.
