As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families, maintain a consistent caseload, and document care accurately while collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in VA: Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) or LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPCC.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Experience with evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
• Ability to provide therapy independently in a clinical setting.
• Comfort with EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Experience in outpatient or group practice settings and with diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Maintain a consistent caseload and complete timely, compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in supervision or team meetings.
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.
