Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking licensed clinicians to provide evidence-based psychotherapy from home with flexible scheduling. The role supports collaboration with a prescriber and a team of therapists in a fully virtual setting.

We emphasize regular staff discussions on patient cases, coordinate care, and offer an hourly compensation model with medical insurance for full-time therapists. Remote work enables participation from various regions.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy from home with flexible days and hours.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including prescribers and therapists.
• Participate in monthly case discussions and clinical topics with staff.
• Engage in regular virtual team meetings.
