Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych, a clinician-led behavioral health company, invites licensed clinicians to join our remote practice and provide patient-centered telehealth care. You can set days and hours, delivering care with confidentiality and minimal corporate interference.

We emphasize ongoing collaboration among therapists and prescribers, with regular monthly case discussions. Compensation is hourly, and full-time clinicians receive medical insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in multiple states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Experience with diverse populations (LGBTQ+ and transgender) is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously in the patient’s best interest with minimal corporate interference.
• Maintain rapid caseload growth with support from the team.
• Collaborate in a multi-therapist team with prescriber coordination.
• Participate in regular monthly staffing of patient cases with collaborating prescribers.
• Work from home with flexible days/hours; attend virtual clinical team meetings.
