Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking licensed psychotherapists to join a clinician-led, patient-centered telehealth team. You will practice from home with flexible days and hours, prioritizing the patient's best interests and evidence-based care.

You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of therapists and prescribers, participate in monthly case discussions, and receive hourly compensation with a medical insurance benefit for full-time clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously in the patient’s best interest with no corporate administrative interference.
• Caseloads build rapidly; speak with anyone in the company.
• We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber.
• Emphasize regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician’s choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.
