Job summary

Equip is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a fully virtual, multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based care for eating disorders across all ages. You will provide family, individual, and group therapy in a telehealth setting, implement FBT and CBT-E, maintain a substantial caseload, and participate in ongoing trainings.

The role requires active GA licensure, ability to work from home with flexible hours, and commitment to evidence-based practice with a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Georgia.
• Ability to manage a 30-40 patient caseload with 20-26 direct care hours weekly.
• Experience delivering evidence-based care in teletherapy.
• Team-oriented, collaborative with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic setting.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, ARFID-focused CBT, and related evidence-based treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with 20-26 direct care hours; balance admin tasks.
• Participate in initial and ongoing trainings and supervision.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Use Equip’s EMR and between-session messaging per policies.
• Attend Treatment Team meetings and department meetings; ensure licensure in home state.
